The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
2 or 3 oranges


Directions

Mix ingedients except oranges in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until
honey is melted about 3 minutes. Set aside. Peel oranges, and slice them
into quarters. Place oranges slices in a small baking dish, and pour sauce
over them. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Watch closely. You don't want slices
to burn, but the sauce should thicken slightly. Serve warm. I don't keep
honey in the house....have no idea what this is like with honey in it. I
made it anyhow and used a sugar substitute. My big kid really liked it with
a little whipping cream. (light)
