The Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup water
1 egg white
1 tbsp water

Directions

Add yeast, salt, bread flour, egg substitute, and 1/2 cup water in the
order suggested by the bread machine manufacturer and process on the
dough cycle. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheet
with nonfat cooking spray. When the dough cycle is complete, remove
dough and place on lightly-floured surface. Roll dough into 12x4-inch
rectangle and cut into 8 (12-inch) strips. Pull each strip to about
14 inches in length. Form dough into pretzel shape: Make a circle;
cross the ends at the top, twist the ends once and lay over the
bottom of the circle. Pretzel logs can also be shaped just by making
rolled dough into a 12- to 14-inch rope. Place pretzels on prepared
baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine egg white with 1 tablespoon
water and brush on pretzels. If desired, sprinkle pretzels with
coarse salt, sesame, or poppy seeds. Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20
seconds. Serve with mustard or cheese dip.

Weight loss systems

The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system created by Dr. arthur agatston, a cardiologist from miami, usa, which encourages the consumption of "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Doctor agatston developed his nutritional system as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his detailed study of scientific data on other diets.
Approved foods include, veal cutlets, turkey bacon, fish, cottage cheese, peanut butter, lowfat yoghurt and certain vegetables, such as lentils, collard greens and mushrooms.

The Zone Diet
The Zone diet is a nutrition system initially advocated by Barry Sears in a number of books and publications. The Zone diet isn’t particularly a weight loss diet, although many zone diet followers discover that they manage to lose body weight by following this system.
The theory behind the Zone Diet is that if one can manage to limit the amount of insulin and glucogen (two hormones), then your body releases eicosanoids which, in turn puts the body in a balanced state which is far more wholesome than usual, which is known as the zone.
Sears alleges that when your body is in this 'zone' it is working at its best and, because of this, does not build up layers of fat.
The key procedure of the zone diet is to maintain the exact ratio of carbs to proteins, and to ensure you get high levels of Omega 3 fish oils.

"A good cook is the peculiar gift of the gods. He must be a perfect creature from the brain to the palate, from the palate to the finger's end.

"A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit."

"Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life"
