Ingredients
3 cup sliced fresh strawberries or raspbe
1 tsp sugar
1 carton part-skim ricotta cheese - (15 oz)
1 tbsp Grand Marnier
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the berries and the sugar. Set aside.
With an electric beater, beat together the remaining ingredients until
light and fluffy.
Divide berries among dessert dishes. Top each serving with a portion of
the cream.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
