Ingredients

1 reynolds oven bag, large size (14x2, 0)
2 tbsp flour
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
9 chicken pieces, skin removed


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Shake flour in Reynolds Oven bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Add barbecue sauce and orange juice to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag
to blend in flour. Add chicken to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat
chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in an even layer in oven bag.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top.
Bake until chicken is tender, 40 to 45 minutes.

The South Beach diet is a diet started by Miami, florida-area cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses the consumption of "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented his weight loss system for people who have heart disease, based on his detailed study of scientific research completed on other weight loss regimes.
Examples of good foods include, lean cuts of beef, chicken breast, fish, cottage cheese, peanuts, eggs and some vegatables, like chickpeas, celery and mushrooms.


The Glycaemic Index Diet
The gi (or glycaemic index) diet is linked to the gi index, a chart showing food types and a score representing the ease with which the carbohydrates in the food type gets converted to glucose in your bloodstream. The claim is that slow acting types of food (ie those foods with a low Gi score), keep you satiated for longer and help you to reduce your consumption of food without craving snacks all the time.
It's also extremely beneficial for sufferers from diabetes, as the low GI food types are beneficial in minimizing surges in glucose levels.
