Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground crushed coriander
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp plain non-fat yogurt
1 can (15 oz.) white beans drained
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth.
Serve with pretzels or low-fat chips.
