The Recipe Instructions
 

 

Ingredients

8 oz yogurt, plain, low fat
1 cup mayonaise, reduced cal
3/4 package leek soup mix
10 oz spinach, frozen chopped, drained
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tsp dill, dry
1 tsp italian salad dressing mix


Directions

In a food processor combine all of the ingredients and mix well until well
incorporated. Place in an airtight ciontainer and refrigerate. Just before
serving, place in a bowl and surround with raw vegetables
