Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp margarine
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp italian herb blend
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Saute the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan. Combine
sauteed onion with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs. Shape turkey mixture
into 2 patties. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
While patties are cooking, add wine, and pepper to frying pan. Simmer
gently and serve sauce over patties. 4 Servings
